Big Balls Soccer – are you man enough to play?

Written by Keramc

We are hosting Vancouver’s only Big Balls Soccer game this Saturday, June 20th. 2:00 p.m. @ English Bay, the park across the street from the Sylvia hotel. Think of it as a flashmob pick-up soccer game played with over-sized balls, just for fun.

The stakes are low, the balls are big and everyone is invited to play. Big Balls soccer is in support of KidStart.

KidStart recruits and trains caring adults to coach vulnerable kids through the game of life.

We’re proud to share with you the remarkable work of Fair Haven School’s Grade 3 teacher, Mrs. Seely’s bulletin board that’s right outside her classroom. The students are tracking where Run for One Planet are running on the board and checking back to our website! The board is beautifully designed with our photos, quotes and tips for environmental change.

Cuisine Kids - Food, fun, gardening and more...

It was great to see and get the support of friends, family and the unknown supporters for our cause in the 2008 resolution contest. Second place, not to shabby and the winnings have been spent of course, before it has arrived. If you have visited the site lately you will see some new things coming, cool and stylish aprons and cooking kits for kids and more.

What is cuisine kids?

Written by Daddeo

What is cuisine kids? and why did I start it? simple really, as a Dad, a parent, a role model I try to teach my kids things that will provide them a solid base for when they get older. Life lessons. Sure you can't teach them everything and somethings need to be left for them to discover on their own.
