So everywhere I look people are buzzing about The Secret. It'll even be on Oprah this Thursday. I was curious because it kept crossing my path, so I downloaded the audio book from iTunes. It's pretty much "The Power of Positive Thinking", "Creative Visualization" (by Shakti Gawain (sp?)) with a bunch of gratitude and appreciation.

I believe in the poswer of positive thinking, the power of now, creative visualization, the power of appreication, and all these things. I've read the books and believe what they say, I'm just sometimes challenged in incorporating them into my daily life. I want to try to do this more and I might even blog about it here... tbc.
