Isn't it a wonderful thing to relax and enjoy your life!  To be able to look upon the world and see it as "perfect" and in harmony with all things! Allowing everyone to choose the exact reality that serves them while you not only choose but create yours with intent.

Come and create your world, the colors, the situations, the experiences.  Learn to bring the energy together that creats whatever life you want for yourself.  Learn to feel well, and be well.  Learn to feel prosperity and be prosperous. learn feel loved and therefore bring out about love in your life!

strong determination to meditate

I've been practicing meditation for ~4 1/2 years and over the past 8 months my discipline has suffered greatly.

I'm recommitting myself to making a priority of meditating regularly, even if I have to loosen my grip on the "important" things in my life.

What a world it would be if people meditated more. I think an hour is ambitious. I'll try for at least a half hour each day and build up to an hour. Good luck!

I want to get outside more

I want to spend more of my time outside running in the woods. I spend far too much of my time indoors and it just isnt good for me.
