The change is dropping my $7 or $8 daily expenditures on caffene, sugars, and junk foods and turning it into $4 of daily savings. For every day I don't drink coffee I put $2 into my savings, andĀ for every day I don't have sweets of junk foods, I put away $2 into my savings.
