The Changes

I have decided to cut back substantially on my habit of picking up coffee/hot chocolate/lattes etc. at the various places around town and stick to water instead.  I get a greater health benefit from water, and I'm creating less waste because less coffee cups are being disposed of.  Also, I have invested in a solid portable water bottle that I can refill anywhere so I don't have to buy the plastic bottles.  Tough to do in our coffee culture, but even if I cut back by 75%, it's better than nothing.  And I'll save money that I can put towards other things.
