I've done a couple things here to get healthier lately. Small steps, but I'm happy about them.
A month ago I starting doing 2 workout classes a week ... at work. I do "Plyometrics" on Tuesday and a "Boot Camp Circuit" on Thursdays. They're both super demanding, make me feel weak even though I'm in good shape - but it's the challenge and trainer that keeps me coming back. The cool part is the classes are free and in our gym at work!
I got fitted for orthotics on Tuesday. Looking forward to saying !Adios! to my foot pain.
My girlfriend and I have started buying more organic and naturals foods. We're far from perfect, but we're making some good progress. Went to Capers to do our shopping instead of IGA last weekend.
